This interactive 90 min course builds understanding of andropause and how declining testosterone can impact men’s health and wellbeing. Learn to recognise symptoms, explore treatment options, and challenge common misconceptions. Gain practical knowledge to support yourself and others, promoting awareness and healthier lifestyles.
Managing Menopause in the Workplace
Online tutor-led session (1.5 hours)
DESCRIPTION
Suitable for: Everyone working in construction
In this 90 min session we will explore what the menopause is, signs and symptoms, menopause statistics, what can support the menopause, treatments and what you can do to support someone experiencing menopause from a workplace perspective. The session is fully facilitated and has built in time for any questions.
Neurodiversity Awareness

A 90 minute interactive session exploring neurodiversity in the workplace, helping participants understand different ways of thinking and communicate more inclusively. Ideal for anyone looking to build awareness, challenge assumptions, and create a more empathetic, inclusive culture.
Suicide Awareness
Online tutor-led course (2.5 hours)
DESCRIPTION
Suitable for: Everyone working in construction
This course will help enhance your understanding of the common reasons for suicide, spot the signs of suicidal thoughts and behaviour and equip you with skills to approach and talk to someone at risk and how to ensure their safety.

Mental Health First Aider Peer Support
Online tutor-led session (1 hour)
DESCRIPTION
Suitable for: Everyone working in construction
These sessions are intended for any trained Mental Health First Aiders who would like to receive support and encouragement in their role. Hosted and facilitated by a mental health professional, attendees will be able to share their experiences with other Mental Health First Aiders, refresh their skills, learn about new resources, and be reminded about the importance of self-care.

Making Tax Digital
Tax is going digital. If you submit a Self Assessment, there are big changes to how you do from 2026. We have prepared this exclusive e-learning course to make sure you are armed and prepared for what is coming.

Understanding Anxiety
Recognising the signs and knowing where to get support.
Pressure, stress and worry can affect anyone, especially in demanding industries like construction.

Suitable for: Anyone and everyone in construction. Anxiety affects us all in different ways.
This module looks at real pressures both on and off site, including long hours, financial stress, poor sleep, isolation and the pressure to “just get on with it”.

Suitable for: Everyone working in construction
This 2-day course will qualify you as a Mental Health First Aider, giving you an in-depth understanding of mental health and wellbeing. You will learn practical skills to spot the triggers and signs of poor mental health, build the confidence to step in and support a person in distress and signpost them to the appropriate help they may need.

Suitable for: Exclusively for those who have completed an Adult Mental Health First Aider, MHFA Champion or Armed Forces Mental Health First Aider Course
This 4 hour MHFA Refresher course is designed exclusively for those who have completed an Adult Mental Health First Aider course. It will enable you to stay current on mental health support, update your knowledge and practice applying the Mental Health First Aid action plan.

We offer a comprehensive, free support programme for voluntary Wellbeing Champions and Mental Health First Aiders (MHFAs) working across the construction industry. Recognising the emotional challenges faced by those supporting others daily, these avenues will help you monitor your own wellbeing and ensures timely access to expert help.
